Servant Homes is the dba of Servant Investments & Associates, LLC (Servant for short). Servant was founded in 2008 and is overseen by husband and wife team Jeff and Chantel Bartsch.

Originally founded for real estate investing, Servant operated a California-licensed manufactured housing dealership from 2011 to 2015. Since then, Servant has focused its activities on supporting small businesses with start-up costs, operating capital, M&A, and other projects.
